Dr Shitij Goel has done his graduation (MBBS) and post graduation (MD Dermatology & STD) from prestigious B.J.Medical College, Ahmedabad in year 2002 and 2005 respectively. BJMC, Ahmedabad is one of top 20 medical institutes in India. He has more than 9 years post MD experience of treating dermatology patients. At present he is full time Professor and Consultant in the Department of Dermatology, Sharda Hospital, School of Medical Sciences, Greater Noida, which is a 500 bedded multi-specialty tertiary care hospital (www.shardahospital.org). In the last 5 years at Sharda Hospital itself he has treated at least 25000 Dermatology & STD patients. He specializes in treating all skin, hair, nail and sexually transmitted diseases which vary from common conditions like acne, melasma, hair loss, eczema, psoriasis to less common diseases like pemphigus and Steven-Johnson Syndrome. His special areas of interest are Acne, Eczemas and medical management of Hair loss. In his career he has treated at least 5000-10000 patients of each of above conditions.
