Dr R V Singh being one of the most renowned eye surgeon, is presently working as a Medical Director at RVS Eye Centre and Head of the Dept of Ophthalmology at Saroj Hospital, Rohini, Delhi. He has also been associated with Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh as Sr. Eye Consultant., He graduated from J.N. Medical College, Aligarh in the year 1986 and in the year 1989 he was awarded with Masters Degree in Ophthalmology from Institute of Ophthalmology, A.M.U, Aligarh in 1989.
