Dr Mitushi Dang worked initially with St.Stephen's hospital for almost a year. Thereafter Dr Mitushi Dang did Masters in Sports Medicine and then super specialization in back pain rehabilitation from Teesside University(U.K). After returning to India, Dr Mitushi Dang promoted the most effective techniques of treatment in physiotherapy. Various certifications earned are Mc connells concepts in 2015, sports taping in 2007, Kinesiology taping in 2015, dry needling basic in 2014, dry needling advanced in 2015, bands and ball specialization program in 2015, kinetic control basic and kinetic control of shoulder and neck in 2015, butler's techniques of nerve mobilisations in 2014, advances in shoulder rehab in 2014, Mulligan's concept of mobilization in 2011, Maitland's concept of spinal mobilisation in 2010
