Dr Diwakar Sharma did his preliminary schooling from St. Peters college, Agra, securing 90.2 % in his 12th standard. He later pursued his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Georges Medical University, Lucknow, He then did his internship in King Georges Medical University, Lucknow and Dr R.M.L Hospital, Farrukhabad. Dr Diwakar Sharma then completed his MD in psychiatry from King Georges Medical University, Lucknow in his first attempt. Dr Diwakar is renowned for his good analytical, deductive and reasoning skills in evaluating and understanding a patient's statement. He has worked in general psychiatry, De-addiction psychiatry, sex and marital, Anxiety and stress management, child and adolescent psychiatry and also worked in emergency posting at trauma centre in KGMU, Lucknow. He worked under all these departments for a combined period of 3 years before joining King Georges Medical University as a senior resident doctor. He has exposure in various psychotherapies such as CBT, motivation enhancement and family therapy. He is a huge asset here at The Mind Tree and works as a senior psychiatrist.
