Dr Cyrus Shroff joined Shroff Eye Centre in 1984 as medical Director, and started the Retina & Vitreous subspecialty. He is one of the first to introduce vitreous surgery in North India. He has been practicing exclusively in the field of vitreo retinal medicine and surgery for 30 years and has performed thousands of vitreoretinal surgeries and lasers. Dr Cyrus Shroff is credited with pioneering the technique of true bimanual vitrectomy.
