Dr Vashishth Maniar did his Graduation from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in 2006. Then he earned MD in Medicine from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College & Sion Hospital in 2010 and also did his DM in Medical and Paediatric oncology and Hemato-oncology from Gujrat Cancer Research Institute, Ahmedabad, an apex institute and the largest cancer care centre in the world. He has had a glittering academic career, which includes procuring a gold medal in his DM examination. He has a strong inclination for teaching and is well known for his clinics to undergraduate and postgraduate students. His special areas of interest include solid malignancies like Breast, Colon, Lung, prostate, GIT cancers, bone sarcomas, Paediatric cancers, leukemias, lymphoma and myeloma. He has also been a part of multile successful bone marrow and stem cell transplantations
