Dr. Debottam Bandyopadhyay is a new generations dynamic Consultant Gastroenterologist in Kolkata, West Bengal. In addition to gastroenterology, he also specialises in hepatology and GI therapeutic endoscopy. Besides being a gold medallist at the MBBS and MD (Medicine) levels, he also obtained the postdoctoral DM superspeciality degree in Medical Gastroenterology. Dr. Debottam Bandyopadhyay excelled in academics and received several prizes and awards for his efforts during his years of medical study and training. His articles have been published in medical journals, and he has appeared on health-related TV shows as well. His special interest lies in the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease (namely ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease). He also features as a reviewer of International Journal in Gastroenterology.
