Dr Abhijit Taraphder is an experienced Nephrologist based in Kolkata. He is currently Chief of Academics and Research, and Senior Consultant, Department of Nephrology, at Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata.
Dr. Taraphder holds an MBBS from Calcutta Medical College (1982), an MD in General Medicine from Calcutta University (1986), and a DM in Nephrology from PGIMER Chandigarh (1991). He excelled at academics, winning numerous medals awards during the MBBS course, and either topping or being a rank-holder in the entrance and final exams.
