Dr Farhan’s illustrious career started with securing Gold medal in the final year MBBS in 1995. After securing MD in Pediatrics he is working in the Rainbow team right from the year of inception of Rainbow children’s Hospital. He worked passionately in both Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care and was one of the key members in setting up advanced Pediatric and Neonatal transport facility. The existing modern, state of the art ambulances were designed and conceptualized by him. He is presently working as Consultant Pediatric Intensivist in the busy pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Rainbow Hospitals, Banjara Hills. This ICU is a major referral centre in the state of Andhra Pradesh and takes care of very sick children with complex diseases. Dr Farhan was actively involved in the establishment and functioning of DNB and Fellowship teaching programs. Presently he takes care of Pediatric Critical Care teaching and helps Dr Ujjwala in managing the academic activities of DNB Pediatrics.
