Dr Suksham B Jhingan, who is retired from Armed Forces and has more than 40 years of experience. Dr Jhingan has treated number of Ministers, ex-Presidents and their family, Defence Services Officers, etc. Also worked at Defence Colony Gurudwara more than 30 patients a day. Dr S B Jhingan successfully set up departments at Armed Forces Clinic, Dalhousie Road and at Defence Colony Gurudwara
