Dr Namita Jaggi has been trained at Maulana Azad Medical College Delhi (graduation and post graduation) excelling in her academic career with 3 distinctions and 2 gold medals. She has more than 15 years experience in the field of diagnostic microbiology, infection control and the running of labs, having successfully headed reputed labs in Delhi. Dr Jaggi has authored a book- Microbiology Theory for MLT (published by Jaypee); several research papers and is a regular contributor of medical articles. She has delivered numerous talks on Microbiology and infection control at national and international forums including the prestigious Robert Koch Institute at Berlin and Karolinska University at Stockholm. She is an active member of the Hospital infection society - India and the Indian association of Medical microbiologists. She is Country Secretary of the International Nosocomial Infection Control Consortium (INICC).
