Dr Karun Behal has done MD from UCMS Delhi and DM (Cardiology) from King George Medical University Lucknow. He had been associated with Fortis Hospital, Mohali, Inscol Hospital Chandigarh, King George Medical University Lucknow and GMCH Chandigarh. He deals with all types of cardiac emergencies and is involved in both interventional & non- interventional cardiac procedures. He is doing both the diagnostic (CAG-Coronary Angiography) & therapeutic cardiac procedures (PTCA-Coronary Angioplasty) through Trans-Radial route. He is routinely doing Permanent Pacemaker Implantations, AICD Implantations and CRT device Implantation & device closure for ASD & PDA.
