Dr Garima Agarwal completed her basic medical training from Government medical college, Surat, Gujarat in 2005. She completed her post-graduate training in ophthalmology from Surat Municipal Institute Medical Education and Research, Surat in 2010. She obtained her short term Phaco fellowhip (Sir Ratan Tata fellowship) from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai in 2011, and long term fellowship in cornea from Sankara Nethralaya, Kolkata in 2013.
