Dr Anil Dhall is presently Director of Cardiology at Delhi Heart & Lung Institute, a busy superspeciality, tertiary-care institute located in the heart of Delhi, with focus on Cardiovascular diseases. He has special interest in Complex Coronary Interventions, Peripheral Interventions, Carotid Angioplasty, Endovascular Aortic Aneurysm Repair and Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy. He has taught, proctored and demonstrated these techniques all over the world. He has a keen interest in preventive Cardiology and developing improved processes for STEMI care. At Delhi Heart & Lung Institute, he leads the Endovascular, Carotid, Cardiac Resynchronisation, Congenital, Chronic Total Occlusion and Complex PCI programmes of the hospital and contributes to outreach, academic development and patient education initiatives. Dr Dhall earlier led and re-established the Cardiology practice at Artemis Health Institute, Gurgaon, as Director & Head of Department of Cardiology. He developed Endovascular Interventions, Complex coronary Interventions and organized a 24/7 responsive Acute Ml Primary Angioplasty programme. He also succeeded in starting an Acute Stroke Intervention programme and helped coordinate multidisciplinary Acute Cardiovascular care. He organised community outreach programs with several peripheral OPDs and community education for heart disease awareness and prevention. Prior to his tenure at Artemis Hospital, Dr Dhall was at Max Devki Devi Heart & Vascular Institute, Saket, as Senior Consultant and Unit Head.
