Dr Deepender Chauhan is the principal ophthalmic surgeon at Clear Vision Eye Centre. He is an experienced cataract surgeon and specializes in Micro-incision PHACO surgeries (MICS), LASIK, Corneal transplants (including complex keratoplasties like automated sutureless corneal transplant/DSAEK & DALK). He also specializes in management of corneal disorders like Keratoconus (Corneal collagen crosslinking/C3R) and ocular trauma. Dr Deepender Chauhan received his MBBS from prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi. Following graduation, he pursued his post graduate training in the field of ophthalmology (MS) from Guru Nanak Eye Centre associated with MAMC, LNJP Hospital and GB Pant hospital.. He has worked as Senior Registrar at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, Delhi in the department of Vitreo0retina and Cornea & Refractive surgery for 3 years. He is a Diplomate of National Board of Examinations (DNB) and Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons, Glasgow, UK (FRCOphtha).
